Service Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Please review our scheduling & cancellation policy below regarding all service-based appointments made with Zoomies! Dog Spa & Goodies beginning September 1st, 2024. In scheduling services with Zoomies! Dog Spa & Goodies, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to the terms outlined below.

Scheduling Services

  • An active debit or credit card on file may be required to schedule an appointment with Zoomies! Dog Spa & Goodies. This card will be stored in our management and scheduling system. This will be used to gather deposits (if necessary) and charge service-related fees. No exceptions.
  • Services aside from nail trims will be appointment-only beginning in September. No same-day appointments will be accepted; however, you may request to be put on the waitlist if you require a certain time and date that is already booked.
  • Zoomies! Dog Spa & Goodies will no longer be able to accept dogs missing their Bordetella, Parvovirus, or Rabies vaccinations. We can give recommendations for other professional groomers that do accept dogs missing vaccinations.

Cancellations & Fees

  • Beginning Sept. 1st, Zoomies! Dog Spa & Goodies will require cancellation notification 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no notice (failing to arrive) will result in a cancellation charge applied to the card on file for the client.
  • Cancellation fees amount to a percentage of the last completed service final bill amount, or estimated amount if the client has not had a previous completed service with us.
    • First Cancellation Charge: 50% of Bill Amount
    • Second Cancellation Charge: 100% of Bill Amount
    • Third Cancellation: Services No Longer Available
  • Example: Dog’s last service amounted to $100. The first cancellation charge would amount to $50; second cancellation would amount to $100.
  • Zoomies! Dog Spa & Goodies does not offer boarding or daycare services due to site restrictions imposed by our location. Our ability to provide a calming and relaxing atmosphere is heavily impacted by late pick-ups, due to having to kennel dogs that are kept late. We do everything in our power to prevent having to kennel our dogs, which includes informing our clients 15 minutes before the appointment is due to be completed.
